Its easy to think very little happened this week, I just didn't capture it. Personally I caught a couple of good days on the water but there lies the problem, I was on the water rather than behind my lens. Point Clear is a great spot but with all the action happening on the far bank it's a real mission to get the camera out there, so we tend to save it for special occasions.
I'm also guilty of not spending enough time with my camera near our local sailing club. I took a few windSUP's there to gage the reaction, not only has there been a big interest in giving windsurfing a go, the club is now considering reintroducing a windsurfing section and maybe start teaching again for next year.
Being tidal you might not consider it the best of spots but this is where I learnt and it didn't do me any harm but I guess my smile of the week for me was Reece taking his first lesson on home ground, long may that continue.
