Ride our Park

23/02/2009

At the first sign of warmth, my youngest son Aaron was dragging me down to our local skate park. There’s a good bunch of lads there normally but with most of them away over the school holiday it game me a chance to get a few new faces in front of my lens. Not happy with just pictures, they want there own website to put them on.

I put something together with Aaron, and as its up to him to keep it updated I guess it’ll be awhile before the temporary words get replaced by something meaningful, they’d rather look at their pictures than tap a few keys. Give it awhile, but eventually www.rideourpark.com will come together.

That sudden change in temperature brought everyone out of the woodwork; by the number of people roaming around you’d think they’d never seen the sun. Normally I walk the dog for an hour or so and never meet another sole, it took twice the time to do half the distance, it was more like a mobile party than a walk.
