Under the current climate it may not be the time to walk away form my board and sail sponsors, but I feel that time has come. I’ve really enjoyed sailing Gaastra and Tabou, the Rockets have been my permanent travel buddies, but it’s what happens at home that really counts.

Over the years I had amazing support from the windsurfing dealers in the UK. Without that support I’m sure my life wouldn’t have been as fruitful, the time has come to return that support. Since the change of UK importer I’ve received an unprecedented amount of call from the UK network suggesting that it was time for a change.

My van is still full of equipment so I won’t be missing any days on the water, just dropping a sticker or two. For now my direction is unclear, but it’s a great time to test out a few boards and sails while I find a new family that lives with the same enthusiasm for windsurfing, kitesurfing and the UK as I.
